I want to put pictures next to my ads. What size is best? What kind of pic is best, abstract or real image? My first attempt worked pretty well, it was a composite block of pictures. Now I want little square pictures so I can mix them up more. All over the web I'm seeing tiny abstract pictures. Wouldn't it be better to have them just a bit bigger with a recognizable image? Seems like viewers are going to get used to the tiny abstract pics and ignore them. But if I have a small pic of something cute and semi related to my topic wouldn't that work better? Let's say I have a page that recommends people go outside for fresh air & sunshine more often, how about a row of pics 120x90, say a bunny, a butterfly, a flower, and a sunset?
yep, perhaps you could show us the implementations ? cos the size of image also depends on the size of the ads.
@Vayolin What do you mean ? image doesn't get you more cash for click, your keyword does ... try to filter MFA website, it could increase your CTR
Oh, I actually haven't published the new site I'm working on yet, so there's nothing to show yet. I am still in the design phase & wanted to make a couple dozen small images ahead of time to be able to mix them up and display a different combination on each page when I do get ready to publish. I plan on using several adsense sizes, a 728x15 link, a 728x90 unit, a 250x250 block..........
