Pictures don't show in firefox

I'm fairly new to web design, I'm more of an SEO guy. I created a website recently and the pictures don't show up in firefox. The site is http://www.relevant-text-link-ads.com Rather than spend time researching this on the web, I thought I'd throw it out to the experts here to see if anyone has a quick solution. My guess is that firefox has a filter for ads and this site sells ads, but I want to keep the keyword "ads" in the .jpg's. Any help appreciated. Mike

I had a similiar problem with Firefox. Make sure the Version of Firefox is up to date and make sure you allow images to load in the Options via:

Tools >> Options >> Content >> Check the "Load Images" Box

Hope that does the trick :)

I know what your saying it does it on my Firefox too as I have the adblock extension on my Firefox browser too.

Basically no if you put ads in then expect them to be blocked by an adblocker such as the Firefox extension.

The images havent been optimized very well either they look really bad matey.

Your not using the Adblock Firefox extension then or if you are, your not using the Adblock plus extension then as it dont work for me I use both of these extensions though.

Do you see Google ads too?

    I dont.

    Or most other ads?

Here are some links to the extensions I am talking about.

    Adblock

    Adblock filter.G Set

    Adblock Plus

Also Some security systems come with adblock in them too.

True your right sometimes you do get bad loads where images dont load but this problem is caused by the advert blocker cos the advert blocker thinks it is an advert look.

Example = with Adblock turned on.

Exapmle2 = with Adblock turned off.

Exuse the very poor quality of the images but they had to be heavly optimized to get the file size down enough to attach to the forum.

I do use the adblock and script blocks on firefox. I figure most people do. I just couldn't figure out why the pictures are being blocked, they're not ads. Maybe I'll re-name them something without the word ad and see if that helps.

Thanks again for all of the great input! Mike
