You made a good point there.

    But what about placement?

    InfinityGuy,

pictures are known to increase CTR of adsense when used with text content (I think thats need of google publisher qualification). But only pictures may not be acceptable as google will not be able deliver ads properly to site with only photos.

Solution may be ad good comments to each picture and make taging pictures makes it more SEO picture site and ads delivered may be of quality so "YOU EARN MORE".

    Good Luck

I think InfinityGuy is not much worried about whether the ads will be on target or not.. what he wants to ask is HOW TO PLACE it to get maximum click thru.

what I learnt is placing pictures with attention grabing potential arround ads may be side wise or above/ below the ads makes more clicks.

So if I am going to make a site with pictures then I will use picture one below other in below picture I would place half banner with blending background and border. Also ad a long adlink unit above the first pictures.

I would suggest picture text under picture.

    Adlink above picture.

skyscraper or rectangle ad either to right or left of picture depending on size of picture and page layout.

and if you want to blanket the page with ads, a leaderboard or banner under the picture text.

You would probably have one ugly-ass page, but there would be nowhere to go except out via Adsense or a back/next button.
