The strategy you are talking about is called ad labeling. You can use ad labeling, however you must be careful not to draw undue attention to your ad. You can not use any images or items that encourage the user to click on the ad. If you are including the pictures to add to the content of your page, you will be fine. If they are there to encourage clicks, then you might get a warning from Google. Just my opinion...

Again, it depends on what picture you'll use. If you have naked girls, that's a no-no. If you have girls pointing to your ads, that's a no-no. You have to be more specific. Put the pictures that you want on your site, take a screenshot, and email it to Adsense for approval.
