    Hello I am sorry for re-posting.

    The site has more functions than before.

    Here is the link: http://212.233.206.239/

    Users can:

    - Create/Delete/Edit his own galleries
    - Upload/Delete/Edit his pictures
    - Make pictures they want private(not shown in the public galleries)
    - Rate/Comment the pictures of other users
    - View their current statistics

    Administrators can:

    - Manage(Create/Delete/Edit/Ban/Unban/etc.) users
    - Manage Pictures/Galleries
    - Manage Site News
    - Manage site options(Site title, site descriptions, etc.)

    Unregistered Users can:
    - Only view galleries

    I have just finished the site and it has a few more functions that you'll be able to see if you visit the link above.
