    Its wrong in grammar i guess, should be "PicUploader".
    "Uploader" in image hosting is not too popular word, your competitors are "Upload", "Download", "Host", etc.

    Reg fee imho.

    Not agreed. I like the domain:)
    If its a developed site should be able to atract a mid $xxx with the correct development.

    I think mid xxx is a littlebit high to expect. But low xxx for sure.

    Doesnt sound too good.. coz it should be Pic Uploader i would say low$$-mid$$ (Undeveloped)
