Alright guys, Wanting to start up a new project and I've been picking my brain of things that I know well and could write about relatively easy. The only thing I'm finding is physics and I can't see how/what to write about this and how I could monetise it, other than building an educational website which could take quite a while... What do you guys think? Any suggestions?
If you don't know how/what to write about your new project then I think you might want to choose another project.
I would suggest typing in Physics to the adwords keyword analyzer and filtering by low competition, SEOT >80, and PBR > 15. Then sort by AWCPC, and find the keyword phrases you're interested in talking about. If you can't find any, then it may be time to move to something else. Also, make sure you're signed up for Adwords so you get more than 100 results to filter though.
I would suggest that you go to "Ezinearticles" and have a look around what is popular in your niche and how many clicks these articles get. It will quickly give you an idea about how popular the niche is. As suggested before, only pick a niche you are passionate about otherwise you will never be able to build a business around it for the future... You will never be able to sell anyone without passion.
Keyword search all day my friend...the only way to know what type of market is out there for what you plan to write about/sell/promote. I'm sure there is a market, but you should try and get a little more specific before you start your in depth research...like you said is it going to be educational? I'm sure there are many ways you could go with it (you clearly know physics better than I do) but just think...be smart, spend some time keyword searching everything and every idea you have until you find a market to target. For the physics niche you can monetize your site by offering books related to the subject, thou you will need some decent traffic to get a decent revenue from it or you may leave it all together as there are better niches available.
First give this a read through - Selecting Niche. One you have a clear mindset on things I thing you will be able to pull out something good for yourself. Although I'm not too sure about Physics as being something healthy. It has its limits so you need to do some research.
