Its a good idea. Little boring to be honest. try downloading a style. there are a lot of good ones. maybe a better logo/header. PM me if you need a design. Also start off with less subforums. then as the board grows add them in. Other than that its great!

 

i would say a bit more on the content end and on the logo. , and mabe a forum design aswell.

 

Being a photo forum, I expected to see some images on the index page...

 

nice content idea, i think the layout is a little dated, but the content is cool, maybe check some "art gallery" type sites for inspiration - britart.com etc

 

well it's the default vbulletin skin, not much to review. Go for a custom skin to suit the forum's theme.
