I actually posted this a while ago but the main suggestion I got was get a better layout. So I bought some graphics and designed one. Now I am back:

Keep working on it....You need a tag line. A tag line will explain your site more, and after you add one you might not need the text instructions. If you decide to keep that text on how to use the buttons...(not really required), I would at least make it smaller, and similar in font type.

Also, what is the big yellow box for?

Its like a content box. Would it look better without it?

On the home page you obviously don't need it. On the other pages, it appears to be set at a width of 85%. Try no width settings, and give it a padding. That way it will only need to be as big as it needs to be. In your CSS just kill of the width setting, and say padding:10px or something like that.

Change your font type for the non graphic stuff, and change your upload pic button to upload picture.

Last tip from me. Something similar to the types you used in your graphics, not Times...
