You do need to play with js to make it more speed for giving uploads to image. Btw in php you've made a mistake! while the error of uploading bad image it says

Fix The Following 1 Error(s) Before Continuing...

* Your Video Isn't In Correct Format.

I'm in that image uploading section Uploading image! not video.

you put a good effort into this site! very good!

few things:

1. Make the home page more descriptive. Random visitors will have no idea what this site is about.
Instead of saying "choose a page" - make it hit the visitor with a powerful message.
Something like "A better and faster image/video upload site"
2. In the tools section... you have to give it an image tag - but there is no way to copy just the tag.
I would combine the tools with the image uploader and make it so that you can either select an old image or do the tools as you upload the image.

If any of you are having problems with the tools you shouldn't any more. I recently updated all of them (most of them as of now) so that when you use them incorrectly it tells you exactly what you did wrong.

 

Unlike You Tube there are no video to watch.
I suggest you allow visitors to watch and vote on video like You Tube.
