    Whip = Taser

    Just think how law enforcers in the past used the whips, then think of how the taser is used to control people nower days.

    They do more good than bad considering how many dangerous people can be detained.

    Australia is currently ordering some I believe.

    It has killed hundreds of people. That's not worth being detained and making a police mans job easy!
