I can't really say. However, if you developed it then it might be worth xx,xxx or xxx, xxx I'd keep and and develop it. Don't sell it so quickly. It could be a goldmine.
Yea, It could be a gold mine. In my opinion, it is worth $xxx for the right person. I have seen domains not as good as this selling for much higher price. And again, I don't claim to be domain expert. Just a beginner..lol
