Phrase Options

    What is the best way to use the phrase options?

    If I use "Keyword" should I not use Keyword or [Keyword].

    Are there any generals rules about using multiple options in the same campaign?

    I've often started with all 3 variations then pruned as success (or failure) was determined.

    It's safe to use all of those mentioned above. You can put those 3 and experiment which of them gets a a good CTR.
