PHPwhiz forum

I have created a new forum for web design and development and need people to register and add content I am also looking for 2 moderators who will advertise the forum and bring new people. These moderators will also have there google adsense ads put onto the forum when adsense is implemnted.

I am also going to be running a competition, the person who reaches 100 post first will get $20 the second will get $10 and third will get $5 also I plan to run a refferal competion every 2 months the person with the most will win $20.

What do you guys think?
