Reg fee means the value of the name is worth what it cost to register it.

worth reg fee meaning , the domain is just worth the registration fee

lnl > letter number letter
lll , 3l > 3 letter domain
vcvc > vowel constant vowel constant
cvcv > constant vowel constant vowel

I personally think it's worth low $XX, a little more than regular fee. In the right hands (just like any domain) it can be worth something.

I suggest develop it (you can make it worth a lot more).

I was thinking to develop some nice scripts for it. Like a new line of PHP scripts.
