    How are the SMS being sent? Is it through email to SMS gateways or some other mechanism?

    Through email - gateways cost money, this method costs nothing to send.

    Some scripts do not fully work, does this script work fully to all providers listed? Will you retain resale rights to the script after the sale?

    the script does work - the problem wih some carriers is they do not support it. Some like to be paid for everything. But most in the US and Canada have good success rates.

    I will not retain the resell right after the sale - the new owner gets full rights!!

    Good domain name. I don't know that e-mail is the best way to do this. Many providers now have tools that allow its users to turn off email to sms and some are now recommending this off as a default. Additionally, if the site gets busy and a significant volume of messages is going to a particular carrier and just a few are abusive and complained about, the carrier may block all messages from that provider because there are a lot of people trying to spam SMS via email to SMS sites right now.

    Perhaps in the distant future the new owner could introduce new methods. But the site is not about sending sms, its about selling scripts to people who want to use it on their sites, buyers could build it into private areas just for members or whatever... but as I say, the primary objective of the site is to sell sms scripts.
