    Description:
    -The script: phpSmiley is a reliable, optimized and professionally coded smiley and emoticons website script. It allows visitors to simply enter a code into their email, forum etc which displays the smiley from the smiley's website. This is becoming more and more popular. The script is completely bug-free and stable across php4 and php5 platforms.

    -The admin panel: The admin panel allows the admin to approve accounts, add, edit and delete them.

    -Paying: When people pay on the website, an account is created for them. Once payment has been verified by the admin, it can be activated with the click of a button in the admin panel, and an email is automatically sent to the buyer. Simple :).

    -The running: The website is very easy to run and maintain. Very rarely people may ask for help via email or via the forum, and it's always only 5 minute work if required.

    I also run this script.
    I have found no bugs and am very pleased with it.
    there is a nice admin page for adding stuff ect.

    But for 15 bucks, you can get the script and start your own smiley site?
    Hmmm....may buy the script.
    For sure, stormpay is out as a payment process for the site, or any site, now that stormpay has decided that after stealing millions from it's users, it would now become a closed system.

    And yes you can grab a copy of the script to run your own smiley site for $15, but no resell rights.

    Website SOLD for $1500 at SitePoint.
