maybe yes maybe no , depends on it's content. but the name is good enough, i assume it could reach mid xx $

 

The .in makes this domain worth a lot less. I would say low $xx

 

Just a note, Indians are the target, hence the extension.

 

What I meant by that is that if you were looking to sell it, you wouldn't get as much for it as you would if the extension was .com, .net etc.
If you plan to develop it and make a go of the website then there on't be a problem.

As per my Observation many Programers in India look for Free PHP Scripts

IMO domain value will be at high $xx

Developed + Promoted: low xxx

 

undeveloped: mid - high xx ..
