    The templates "call home" everytime they're accessed to verify a customer number. PHPAudit, I assume, is the component that verifies that number.
    If, as it is now, PHPAudit or the server is down, anyone who paid for the templates, all their sites show some lame error page that contains the PHPAudit owner's adsense ads.

    I was giving them a chance to work it out before trying to circumvent, but it's been too long, so I'll have to start working on it.

    There are several free PHProxy themes at Proxy Bucket.
