    bandwidth usage can be controlled somewhat - hosts will boot you due to CPU usage - it will use a lot of CPU if you get any sort of decent traffic

    Yes it's the CPU usage you have to worry about. Go for a VPS or a dedicated if you plan to run a network of proxies.

    Most shared plans don't allow proxy scripts. If they find out that you run one you are going to be suspended
