    use the export link, choose all tables then click the "save as file" option then "go".
    you can also choose to have the file save as an sql or gzipped.

    thankx and now by chance i lost my forums DB then can i import by phpmyadmin my db and get back all forums DB like topics,members, and posting

    You mean if you loose the database? In that case yes you can import them back using phpMYadmin. :D
