PHPLD2.1 installation problem

    just i have tried to install phpld in http://directory.mediadir.in
    i cannot move beyond database settings, even after correct input of database name and password.
    it shows like below

    An error occured while connecting to the database. Please check your database username and password.

    If you require help with your database server settings, please consult your hosting company.

    The database server returned the following message:

    Access denied for user 'mediadir_dpn'@'server145.india-to.com' (using password: YES)

    i am tired after several attempts to install.

    anyone help me to install?

    i will pm database details

    I'd love to help you but I work for a different script company, its not a big problem, probably take seconds to fix, go and ask over at their forum.

    Did you add the user to the database? If you have cpanel, you need to login, go to Mysql, and then add the user to db with all permissions.

    make sure you created new database and user and then connected the user to the database with all Privileges . Hopefully this will work.
