Thanks to everyone who rep'd, glad I could help the community.

Antonio, no your issue was to do with someone cracking into your site somehow, the two are not related. I see from reading your thread that you have resolved this now so won't go into further details.

Thanks for that, I had all my directories affected. I removed those lines. BTW, what was the effect of those lines?
