PHPLD theme switcher?

I would post this on PHPLD forum but my posts never seem to go through

I've saw this mod before, it's basically like the WP theme switcher plugin which allows you to do something like 'index.php?theme=themename'.

Does anyone have any idea on how you could do this? Maybe someone's got the mod here?

    Comments welcome :)

    Here is what you want
    phpLD Template Switcher
Make sure you look deeper at what Dawzz added, because I did not do a very good job providing the info the first time. :)

this has to be the worse mod in the world, you have no idea how many resources it takes up, this is a server killer.Terry would highly recommend you don't install it, not only is the guide bad, but the mod is just bad.

I was thinking to use it on one of my upcoming sites (Kinda must for me). Now I will have to re-consider about it. What would I do without it ??

Some like me who release themes, need one because its gets annoying installing a new phpld every week and keeping track of them. This way have one site and use the theme switcher and let the person switch to what he/she wants to.

Yep exactly ;) I have a number of PHPLD themes sitting here which will be released, but it's quite annoying getting a new domain and setup phpld every time i want to release a theme.

SasaVtec, do you have any other solution for this?

Why would you buy domains everytime and setup phpld? You can use subfolders or subdomains... :)

With regard to using resources, basically you have turn of the caching. It seems to be working okay on the phpLD site, but it does seems a little slow at times.

    Thanks

    Congrats! :)
I really like the template switcher too.
It isn't perfect, but it serves its purpose well.
