    as you people have seen that i have sold my sites recently. Here comes another one.

    I am selling

    The site offers free phpld templates. The site already have several templates.

    What i am selling is the site to you. You can change the designer link on the templates to the link of your desire, but you cannot remove the sponsor link.

    Site have around $8 montly revenue from text links.

    This site is not that old, but it contains all those templates created by me.
