    The site is a subscription membership site for PHPLD Templates
    It has 52 templates and widgets 39 are premium.

    It has paid 11 subscribers since September. equals to $275
    We have also made over 10+ custom themes for clients.

    The sale includes:

    All templates and widgets.
    The full website including installed components.
    The domain name.
    PHPLD Links back licences that is used in the demo site. http://www.demo.mitredesign.co.uk
    Hosting if required.

    The site is PR4 and has good returns in Google for search terms related to PHPLD templates.
    Visitors to site is reasonable see http://www.mitredesign.co.uk/stats for last 3 months stats.

    It has scope to do much better.

    I know you put a lot into this site, and I think this is an excellent offer. I was considering making an offer, but I'm just too busy to take on another project. :)
