    Hi

I just installed a copy of phpLD yesterday and I am getting a lot of smarty errors in my cPanel.

    Eg

    and

    and

and a lot more when I modify my directory from admin panel

they are all validator id problems

What should I do to fix them?

Smart errors or Smarty errors :p

Try to re-upload all the files (even though I don't think that's the problem). If this is coming when you change anything in ACP, may be some file was not uploaded properly.

Try to use the default theme and see if that still brings the issue.
Btw. Which version you are using?

    Sorry it was smarty :p

OK I reuploaded all the files and still getting the problem. I am using the default them and haven't modified it yet.

    I am using version 3.20

When I test it locally I don't get these errors :S

Try deleting all files in temp/templates folder, or search at phpld forum.

Well, that's strange. It shouldn't happen on fresh install.

Try what YIAM suggested and if that doesn't work, PM me the details I will try to sort it out. (No guarantee though ;))

Well after I did that it worked fine once when I tried to change the price of featured links, but after that it gave the same error for the same page. I think I'll leave it for a day or two and check again.

BTW how do I set it so that category urls are not index.php?c=51 but instead cat_name/ ?

    Under Settings ->Search Engine Optimisation->

Select YES for "Enable URL re-write"

    It's enabled.

It only did it for the links and not the categories

Rebuild your category cache and that should sort out your category URL's.

As for your smarty problem, check that you have given the temp folders the correct permissions.
