Phpld script that updates the PR for pending links and approves based on filter - pay

    I need someone to program this mod in phpld. One of my directories has about 21000 pending links. I need a script that updates the PR of all the pending links. Also, I would like to have an automatic way to approve them by specific filters like:

    If PR < 3 approve; else deny
