phpLD problems

Hi to all I have just purchased script phpLD, and want to build my own directory but I have two problems:

1 , I Can´t submit site
Hi I just instaled version 3.1 all settings are on deflaut but when I try to submit new site via main page > submit link I alvays have this message : The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server cound not be contacted.Domain already exists in the directory. (site is ok, there is no sites in vaiting list ...)

2,I want to translate my phpLD into Czech language Im new into this program and I need any advice how to do this ...

I tried just to take en.php and translate it into czech language but if I try to do this czech characters ěščřžýáíé are displayed like �������:

Is there any possiblity how to translate this superb atabase into czech ? I found that in config.php is coding UTF-8 which works well for me in IPB etc...

I tried to set char set to ISO-8859-2 yes there is little more improovement but still im getting � insted of š and ž .... is there any other way how to fix this ?

I think that is really wired, If you buy script for 25 USD and have no documatation or faq file included .... and you must pay 10 USD for support.

 

Just tested submitting your site in your directory. Without any problem.

 

Ok I fixed first problem but problem with translation remains

I have already payed for phpLD and almost similar script NewsTopica (I didnt know that phpLD is included in newstopica, it seems to be just module when you see dicription) I already payed 60 USD and still heavent got any support (support is for another 10 USD)

lol another happy customer you should try phplynx your get all the support you want for free ....oh and the script itself is free and also better and if you did pay the $10 your also find that they may not be able to help you unless you pay more for someone else to fix it

I have tried to donload it three times and unpack it with another programs but still same result
