Phpld problem, please HELP!

    In one of my newly started directory, i am not able to bulk approve links.
    When i "Check All" and click "Active", its not working.
    When i check all, all the links are being selected but Active button is not functioning.

    What could be the problem, could anyone help me out of this please?
