When I moved a whole phpld 3.0 directory to another domain,
The content of system section at admin panel is empty,
    But other section is okay,
Phpld experts, pls advice and help.
I would also give away the green rep, thanks.

Probably missing some files when you've uploaded, try to check to see if all files are there, or upload all files to makes sure. This has happened to me just recently when viewing approved links showing I have 16 links, but not showing up, then I notice that some files where missing.

Check that your templates are in place. Normally admin section also becomes empty when one of your pages was not uploaded fully.

I highly recommend FlashFXP as a FTP client. I am using it for years.

I don't think it has anything to do with whatever FTP software, just that the connections time's out when your uploading files, this has happened to me several times and as always never knowing it 'till I check all the files.

Glad that you have it fixed:)
