I have payments enabled...but I continue to receive submissions where the person is able to bypass payment.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Also...I edited guidlines.tpl and though the file on the server shows that i has been edited - the site does not show that I have done anything.

thank you in advance for your help ;)

Once a person hits submit button the info is added to the database, then they are taken to the payment page, nothing new a lot of spammers do this on a daily basis

Ive read of some people being able setup something with custom php work so that they can prevent a submission going through without payment but as standard phpld doesn't prevent it.

Regrding the template changes, would clearing the cache in templates or temp folder help? cant remember which one it is but roughly know what im trying to say. :)
