    There is no autoation because a directory starts out with a clean slate. No categories, no links etc etc, and you build upon that as time progresses.

    So after you get your categories worked out and made, or imported(i dread those free dumps as most are trash and do not update the proper table), you need to build the structure because there was nothing there to begin with, with your clean directory.

    And this is and added feature for version 3.xx just so the 2.0's know one of the nice things to the script that they are missing :) (maybe it was added in the 2.1 version, i have not checked)
