phpLD modification for spam submissions

    Latelly I found this cool tutorial which applies a url blacklist for submissions. I guess a lot of phpLD owners will have the same problem with me (esspecially with submissions from free hosting sites) so I thought it would be nice to share it with my fellow digitalpointers.

    Is webdigity your site?
    It looks like you have to register in order to see the tutorial. I found that a little strange.

    For v2 we have the phpLD Ban Words Mod and for v3 there are lots of anti spam features built into the software.

    I was also in doubt..

    PHPLD default script v3.2 already have url/ip blacklist.

    Hello, I am the owner of webdigity (saw that thread in my stats)

    All the tutorials are available only to members, and as most of them are snippets that people are selling for $10 or more, I guess a free registration is not too much to get them, right?

    I can understand you wanting to use this model of requiring registration, just as some people may opt not to use the site for the same reason. If your model is working, then great.

    Note: lots of misspellings here:
