phpLD install problem; please help!

    I have this problem when I try to install phpLD version 3.2.0

    SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form 'install' is not registered. in /home/......./html/libs/smarty/SmartyValidate.class.php on line 274

    at line 274 in Smarty file it is:

    trigger_error("SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form '$form' is not registered.");


    No idea why happens.

    Please help!
