    I just wanted to mention that I am not aware of anyone that has done this as a mod for version 2 of phpLD. Version 3 and 4 have this by default, so upgrading would be a simple way to get the article submission added. Now if you still prefer a programmer to help, I can provide more information via PM (but this is more a "programmer" job version a "designer" job).
