PHPLD Directory Design- what do you think?

    Hello,
    I made a directory template for a client. It can be coded for PHPLD. What do you think? Is it good? How much would I get for this?

    I am getting $20 for this btw.

    Looks descent. I just don't like the logo much but they'd want to customize it i suppose.

    Logo is lacking the style that the rest of the page has, and the use of underling of text use used a little to much. Also the shadow on the right side of my menu is a little hard.
