phpLD 3.2 vs 3.1

Any noticeable differences between these two versions? I don't want to upgrade if it's not necessary.

 

Nothing really major.
Don't bother upgrading if you have a unique template and many mods installed.

Article feature - not much useful..

 

yea,the article feature..i upgraded 2 sites from 3.0 to 3.2 but left my site running 3.1 as is..

 

I agree, I have upgraded mine mainly because I wanted to use the article feature, but as the others have said, if thats not important and / or you have lots of mods or custom template I think you can afford to hold off.

i didnt update idk.in once i saw 3.2 had nothing that important ...

i have an intergraded blog so i didn't need the article feature..

 

More ajax features at adminCP, but I would stay at v3.1, already installed some mods and it works fine for me.

 

What is the article feature?

I don't think i'll upgrade from 3.1 either but just curious to what that is?

Well until Directory editors of that mod (Article Mod) decide to upgrade (characters needed) it i see no use for it other then create worthless 3 sentence "ARTICLES" as you want these people submiting quality well thought out articles rather then a garbage disposal of worthless spam donated by less then caring individuals...
BUT if you tweek that tool it came become another powerful resource

Just my thoughts as its what ive been seeing submitted

Do you or anyone know of a directory where I can see what this is? If you can supply a link to the article submitted on someones directory just so I can see. I have not seen this before (newbie).

No doubt 3.2 version is much better than 3.1 and what I like most is new layout for Admin as one from 3.1 I didn't like so much...
And what I like more than most )) - 3.2 version is highly compatible to 3.1, so most of LinkForever's mods for 3.1 works also on 3.2

I think i can read ur mind already, i was planning of using it as Latest News and stuff where i can put major directory updates etc.. etc.. i am assuming thats they way you wana head out too.
