You may try to rebuild your categories. You should see a red line on admin index page under the installation up to date information.
I hope you got the message about the changes to templates. There are only a few changes, and you should be able to upgrade template in a matter of a few minutes. Here are the changes: http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12766
Hopefully, you can simply follow the same instructions you followed when you installed the deeplink mod. They template changes to v3.2.0 are not all that extensive, and I would expect the db changes would not interfere with the deeplink mod.
I have posted some screenshots here. http://www.blong.info/screenshots_phplinkdirectory_v3.2.0.php If you are interested, please take a look.
Heres a new template for the new phpLD3.2.0 version: demo: http://yawho.voisd.com download: http://yawho.voisd.com/download/phpld-skin.rar Skin is 100% html valid, simply upload into your templates folder and change using the template manager! Footer links must remain, payment for removal is not allowed. Thanks
Great. And so far everything is going very smoothly. We have not had a single emergency where an upgrade went awry. Yes, I remember your case. We went over everything very carefully, and this issue you had was solved. But I will add this: whenever you are doing a major operation on your directory, such as an upgrade or a mod, it is always adviseable to backup everything so that even if it "blows up", you have a way to revert back to where you were before you started. I do feel your pain though. I've had similar losses in the past. The most recent was a photoshop design I spent about 4 hours doing, and then the power went off without a good save.
Sorry to say it never got resolved only solution for me was to redo the site from scratch which i have not done yet. So, do not say it got resolved, Thanks.
