    You may try to rebuild your categories. You should see a red line on admin index page under the installation up to date information.

    I hope you got the message about the changes to templates. There are only a few changes, and you should be able to upgrade template in a matter of a few minutes. Here are the changes:

    Hopefully, you can simply follow the same instructions you followed when you installed the deeplink mod. They template changes to v3.2.0 are not all that extensive, and I would expect the db changes would not interfere with the deeplink mod.

    Great. And so far everything is going very smoothly. We have not had a single emergency where an upgrade went awry.

    Yes, I remember your case. We went over everything very carefully, and this issue you had was solved. But I will add this: whenever you are doing a major operation on your directory, such as an upgrade or a mod, it is always adviseable to backup everything so that even if it "blows up", you have a way to revert back to where you were before you started. I do feel your pain though. I've had similar losses in the past. The most recent was a photoshop design I spent about 4 hours doing, and then the power went off without a good save.
