phpLD 2.1 Fix: Admin now working in IE

I know that a lot of you had trouble with phpLD 2.1 not working correctly in the new free 2.1 version. I finally had time to get this reviewed and fixed. I would appreciate it if you would:
1) Try the fix yourself:

2) Let me know if there are any other major bugs in version 2.1 that need to be addressed

I just wanted to let everyone know I've decided to make 2.1 the official free version now that we have the admin problem fixed for IE. Sorry it took so long. I know many are already using 2.1, and we appreciate your support of our script.

David the script is good and i do use it on many of my sites.. even thou i have 2 other script directories thats i had payed for unlimited domain, i prefer to use your script--Keep up the good work.

David, the last time I tried 2.1, the captcha wasn't getting validated correctly on the submit page in any browser. I hope this has been addressed now...?
