I am in need of a PHPlink bid directory designer who is able to design psd skins and then code them into .tpl template files. The skin is for my www.zorg-links.com directory, i need a uqique costom skin. must be able to have good contact with me, perhaps through MSN or email. I will need to give you my ideas, then you must show me a png or jpg or your designs, and if i like them i will ask you to code them. i am willing to pay up to $100 for whoever does the job, if you get it done by the end of the month. If i am happy with the job i may give you a $100 bonus when my site is well established and is earning money. Mike
