Phpfox- Internal server error in group module

    Hi,

    Installed phpfox and all was working ok added groups etc
    Just suddenly started getting Internal Server Error now when clicking
    groups
    No changes have been done in site code etc this suddenly happened also
    this happens only on clicking groups ?
