    How can i hide all topics from Guests.

    only registered members can be see the topic.

    please help..

    i am using phpbb3
    style is fisubice2.

    Go into the ACP -> Permissions tab, then click on "Group forum permissions" -> "Guests" -> "Can see/read topics" -> "No" -> Save changes.

    Note: wording may be different.

    ACP > Permission > Group Forum Permission > Select Guests >

    Can see forum = Yes
    Can read topic = No

    We understand what you need. Instead of posting images of your forum, try to post the screnshot of your Guest group permission for "rules ..regulation" forum from your ACP. Lets see have you actually done the permission correctly.
