I need someone that is very familiar with phpBB3 administration, customization and modding. I would like to have you create a "prepackaged" version of phpbb3 that includes all of the most popular mods, some themes and avatars (you do not need to create the themes only collect what is available for free on the internet to include). The idea is to create a one size fits all package that includes virtually everything you could think of including with phpBB3 but only requires the user to make one download to install it all. This project would be ongoing and would require maintenance and support as new versions of phpbb3 are released. A lot of you are asking for metrics. Please quote me for work that includes: 1. taking the base phpbb3 package and modifying it to include 50 top mods and 20 themes (free themes from the net not original) 2. this package must install the same way that a normal phpbb3 installation would go for the end user 3. i need the modification process documented so I can duplicate it in the future (will pay premium for the documentation, i need to understand the process)
