hey, i want to make my website look like this http://www.ign.com with a fixed width and then an entire background behind it. my site now has psu forums up at the very top, and then the forum has white on the sides of it. i want to constrain the proportions so that the end of the forum there is no white, and then also i want to have the main image and the forum all in like one maybe 800 px width page, then have a big background image like the ign page above. how can i do this?
