PhpBB3 Can't Figure Something Out, Don't Know If It Can Be Done..

    Ok, so i just started up my forums, and i was wanting to do something like digitalpoint as in it says Design & Development then has all the topics underneath.. i was wondering how to get Design & Development on top of the topics in phpbb3. Thank you.

    It's just a category. When you make a new forum in the admin panel, instead of forum, choose category, then when you want forums underneath it, choose that category as the parent forum.

    You need to create a new forum, but select "Category" from type, then when you create a new forum select the forum/category you just created as the parent.

    It's a bit confusing because phpBB3 doesn't really distinguish that well between forums/categories in the ACP
