phpBB to vBulletin Conversion [Wanted]

    Hey guys, I finally wanna convert to VB before my forum gets too busy.

    Can anyone recommend someone here on DP which offers this service?

    I recommend just doing it yourself. It's not that hard to do and the application they offer (aPex) is really easy to use.

    Cheers dude, yeah I think I will be. Reading some of the posts here on DP most members have found the process pretty straight forward, so I'll give it a shot.

    Can you suggest what the best way would be to backup the forum SQL database?

    Currently I have backed it up using the Backup Feature in Cpanel. Is there any pitfalls backing up the db this way?

    All the instructions come with the app. Just do a regular backup of the database using phpMyAdmin and the import will be easy.
