PHPBB: SQL Error - Out Of memory (200MB alocate) - Please help

    HELP ME please please, i cant figure it out. I have above error. It cant alocate around 200MB.
    I have Machine i7 920 - 4x 2x 2.66+ GHz - 8 GB RAM, 1GB /tmp
    Full root access to server. Quite big board and this config:

    Im qite hopeless. Maybe File compression enabled on server takes alot of ram, i have it defaultly enabled. Takes around one CPU core also.

    Please what to increase safely?

    I have much more sites on server and average load is 3-17 (8-16) which is peak load sometimes. Interesting is that only 15% of RAM is used. :(
