That includes phpBB2 to phpBB3 upgrading, mod installing (phpBB2 and phpBB3) and theme installing (phpBB2 and phpBB3.) I charge $15/ hourly but have an alternative way for all those who don't have any cash to pay (best of all, the alternative doesn't cost ANY money period but will require you to have a few people tag along.)
