    What a coincidence, just an hour before I did some on page SEO for my phpbb based forum. I haven't looked at this forum for long (it was first site I ever created) and today I could see it needed basic SEO tweaks.

    Changed the order in which page title is formed, instead of having <site name> :: <view topic/forum> - <forum/topic title> I changed it to <forum/topic title> :: <site name>. Totoally removed words like viewing topic/forum from title. Title is most important attribute SEs look to figure out what page is about.

    I'd go one step further and just include the topic in the title tag.
